We can draft the necessary legal documentation (including the ET3 response form) required by the Employment Tribunal as well as negotiate the best outcome for you through ACAS or directly with a lawyer representing a claimant. As part of this process, we will also meet you to take witness statements for the hearing and provide guidance on how an Employment Tribunal hearing is conducted and what is needed from you.
